Ashley was truly amazing from start to finish. My husband and I are very busy Nurse Anesthesiologists and could have never planned this amazing Disney cruise and Polynesian stay. She covered every detail and answers every question. We have used other planners before but she is exceptional and really is worth contacting. She was truly a concierge service with awesome personal touches. We can’t say enough about her.
Ashley is AMAZING! She is such a wealth of knowledge and was so helpful through planning our honeymoon! She answers emails quickly and always has good advice. Even with having to switch up our plans in the process, she was understanding and supportive. We can’t recommend her more! I could not have done it without her!

Ashley is our go-to travel planner! We just got back from our first Disney cruise and had an amazing time, largely because we were so well prepared! Ashley helped ensure we had a great room and secured bookings for our activities in advance. Her helpful travel guides include great tips and tricks and always answer any questions we may have. She’s super responsive, even when on vacation herself, and we always feel so well taken care of. We’ve worked with Ashley on trips to Disney (FL and CA), Universal, and RC cruises. Highly recommend!!
I'm so overdue in writing a review for Ashley's wonderful services. I came to Ashley for help planning a Disney World vacation for a family of 8 (our family of 4 kids, plus a set of grandparents). Planning the trip and learning the ins and outs of Disney felt like a second full-time job, so I was relieved when Ashley did all the heavy lifting for me. We had multiple phone calls, where I explained what experiences I wanted to have, my kids' favorite characters, and what we wanted out of our trip. She came back to me with multiple hotel options within our budget, handled all of our dining reservations, and even scored discounts for us along the way. I was worried when we couldn't get a character dining experience at first, but she assured me we'd have one by the time of our trip. Sure enough, we had three different character meals booked by then! A hurricane hit Orlando during our stay, and I was so impressed by and thankful for how Ashley checked in daily and made changes to our plans on the fly so we could make the most out of our time there. I can't recommend Ashley enough!
Ashley helped us book a family trip to an all inclusive resort to Cancun! She was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire planning process, she really made my life so much easier by doing a lot of the research and detail work for me! I would 100% recommend her for your travel needs!
Ashley was amazing from start to finish! She helped us plan our first trip to disneyworld. I nicknamed her our “fairy Disney mother” she was so knowledgeable about all things Disney. She was patient and quick to answer all our questions. She took care of EVERYTHING, and even scored us hard to get reservations. This was a special trip for myself and my family and she went above and beyond to see that we experienced the magic every step of the way. Thoughtful, kind, and relentless and making sure we had the trip of a lifetime.

Ashley helped us plan a family vacation on the Disney Cruise Line Dream! She was always so helpful and so quick to answer all of our many questions! Ashley is incredible! My family had THE BEST vacation, and we owe it all to Ashley. If you are on the fence about a Disney vacation, or on the fence about using a service to assist you in planning, jump off that fence and reach out to Ashley. Seriously!
We had been in central Florida visiting family when the thought of going to Magic Kingdom crossed our minds. We had never been there before, and we were hesitant to schedule a first visit so last-minute. We had heard that a Disney trip requires a lot of planning, especially when you are bringing small children… and we would be bringing 3 of them —one 4yo, one infant, and one who is potty training! We were also bringing my mom. We were worried about stamina, long lines for attractions, limited food options, and COVID safety.
Then we remembered something about Fantastical Vacations (we heard about it on social media) and we reached out to Ashley. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She addressed all of our issues and answered all of our questions. Ashley spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me helping me prepare (I am an over-planner) and she gave me a lot of tips and tricks. She handled the logistics for us and provided us with concrete suggestions to improve our day. Ashley even made herself available to us while we were at the park!
There is no doubt in any of our minds that Ashley is the key component to why we had such a successful day at Disney. We used her suggestions to get to and from the park seamlessly, and her tips about Genie+ allowed us to walk on to almost every attraction (we never waited more than 10 minutes!). Our kids were happy and calm (no tears or melt-downs all day!). We ate a great meal and used our reservation to enjoy immediate seating, and app-ordering to find instant park snacks (Dole Whip — yum!). Throughout the day, my mom kept saying, “Wow, you better thank that Ashley!” Apparently she had been worrying about the day, remembering how tough theme parks can be with small kids. But the day was anything but tough. It was incredibly enjoyable and even relaxed! Who thought anyone could say that about an amusement park with small kids?! Long story short, we are SO GLAD we worked with Ashley. We highly recommend her. Just reach out! You won’t regret it.
My family and I just got back from an incredible four day Disney vacation - that I am CERTAIN would not have been as successful or incredible as it was without the help of Ashley. Back in the fall, we were toying with the idea of taking a Disney trip - mainly because we couldn't fathom adding another toy to our playroom, but wanted to be able to give our kids something special for Christmas, especially after the 2 years they have had. Ashley and I used to teach together, and I had seen her posting on social media about her new endeavors with Fantastical Vacations, and figured I'd reach out to see if she might be able to help us with our trip. Hands down, the BEST decision I made. Ashley handled everything we wanted her to handle - which was a lot. I know for a fact she spent a lot of time getting quotes for us for various resort options, since we decided a little late in the game to move forward with a trip. She even got up super early, and had multiple screens going to snag us our preferred dining reservations. She walked me through the Genie+ process multiple times, just to make sure I understood, and that we were able to get the most out of our trip. Just a few moments that I feel like make Ashley shine are... texting me at 6:45am on our first full day reminding me to book our Genie+, .... ensuring we had connecting rooms with my parents, even though they were not available at the time of booking... being 100% available via phone/text during our entire trip, AND... calling the restaurant we had a dining reservation at, when we ended up in a longer than expected wait for a very popular ride, and I was freaking out that we were going to miss it (spoiler alert - we made it to our reservation on time!) Ashley is a Disney expert. You can tell she truly loves Disney, and what she does. She knows exactly what can make or break a trip - but, she also really takes the time to make sure she knows what YOU want from your trip, and does everything in her power to make that happen. You will not regret using Ashley to plan your next Fantastical trip!
Ashley helped my best friend and I book a girls trip for my 29th birthday. She helped us decide the best resort for our price range and activities we wanted to do. We had an amazing time, she took care of everything from dinner to spa reservations and more! There is no way we could have done this on our own and I will definitely be using her again!
