Travel has shaped my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up in Southern California, Disneyland was simply a part of life, as were our summers at Walt Disney World and the islands of Hawaii. Those early adventures sparked something that has never left me: a deep curiosity about the world and the people who call it home.
​
That curiosity deepened during college when I embarked on my first international journey to Malawi, Africa, followed by travels through Munich and Hamburg, Germany. While the landscapes were unforgettable, it was the people, traditions, and cultures that forever changed my perspective. Those experiences taught me that the greatest souvenirs aren't the ones we bring home - they're the stories, connections, and new ways of seeing the world that stay with us long after we've unpacked.

After meeting my husband, our adventures continued across the United States. In 2011, we moved to Georgia, eventually growing our family with two children before settling in St. Augustine, Florida, in 2022. Today, we're fortunate to call America's oldest city - and one of the country's most beloved travel destinations - home.

Living in Florida opened the door to a new season of family adventures. With access to everything from beaches, cruise hubs and theme parks, we made travel an essential part of our family's rhythm with annual passes to regular sailings out of Florida ports. After getting our feet wet with domestic travel and closed-loop sailings, in recent years we've intentionally made international travel a yearly tradition.

Some of our favorite journeys have taken us through the breathtaking Highlands of Scotland with Adventures by Disney, wandering the charming villages and historic castles of England, and traveling nearly the length of the United Kingdom aboard the iconic Caledonian Sleeper train. Every destination has reinforced what I believe to be true: travel is at its best when it invites us to explore with curiosity, immerse ourselves in local culture, and create meaningful memories together.

Before becoming a travel advisor in 2021, I earned my degree and master's in education and worked as a language arts teacher. Looking back, though, I've been drafting itineraries for as long as I can remember - in fact, it was a family joke that I served as the "tour guide." Today, those two passions naturally intertwine. I approach every journey with the heart of an educator and the eye of a planner, seeking experiences that inspire curiosity, encourage hands-on discovery, and help families connect more deeply with the places they visit. Whether it's standing where history unfolded, tasting local cuisine, discovering hidden gems, or simply slowing down to appreciate a destination's unique character, I believe travel has the power to expand our perspectives at every age.

Today, as an Elite-Level Luxury Travel Advisor with Fantastical Vacations, I bring that philosophy to every itinerary I create. My goal is to thoughtfully curate seamless luxury vacations that blend exceptional accommodations with authentic experiences, allowing my clients to enjoy not only the comforts of premium travel but also the joy of exploration, cultural connection, and unforgettable moments together.

Because I believe the most meaningful journeys don't simply take us somewhere new - they shape how we see the world, deepen our appreciation for its people and places, and become the stories our families tell for generations.
